Beckmann by far the fastest in session 1, while Schwartzman takes advantage of dry track in the very first laps of session 2
Adria 05.09.2015 – After 4 races with pole positions gained almost completely by Prema Power Team drivers (only other poleman had been Schwartzman in Monza), in Adria it is Muecke Motorsport to take the lead with a fantastic David Beckmann and a very effective, and a little lucky, Robert Schwartzman.
In session 1 Beckmann, with 1’14.865, is ahead of the second classified, Ralf Aron (Prema Power Team), with 278 thousands of advantage, which are al lot on a track like Adria. Third is Guan Yu Zhou (Prema Power Team), fourth his teammate Giuliano Raucci, fifth Raul Guzman Marchina (Malta Formula Racing) and sixth Robert Shwartzman (Muecke Motorsport).![]()
In session 2 it is the Russian driver to be the fastest in the very first laps, with 1’15.873, obtained in second lap. After that an accident between Diego Bertonelli (RB Racing) and Nico Rindlisbacher (Jenzer Motorsport), has determined a stop to the session. After restart though, a strong rain has freezed positions. So Schwartzman has taken pole, followed by Nico Rindlisbacher, Ralf Aron (Prema Power Team), Joao Vieira (Antonelli Motorsport), Marcos Siebert (Jenzer Motorsport) and Mauricio Baiz (Vincenzo Sospiri Racing). Best absolute time is Beckmann’s, who gains 5 points.
Tomorrow all three races will be held, with starts at 9.00, 12.30 and 17.25.
