The Russian conquers both pole positions for the first time this year
Misano 02/10/2015 Perfectly comfortable in humid track conditions, slowly drying up under a cloudy sky, Robert Shwartzman (Muecke Motorsport), conquers both pole positions on the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli.
In Session 1, behind Schwartzman is the 2015 Champion, Ralf Aron (Prema Power Team) with 0.143 gap, while third is Marcos Siebert (Jenzer Motorsport) at 0.528. A great lap time for the first of the Italians, Diego Bertonelli (RB Racing), fourth at 0.778.
In Session 2, with track drying up and lap times finally going down of around 8 tenths, first two positions do not change. First is Schwartzman, the only one to go under 1’48.000 (1’47.910), and second is again Aron, with an almost unvaried gap of 0.148. Bertonelli improves even more his position to third, with a good 1’48.558. Behind him Guan Yu Zhou (Prema Power Team) only 9 thousands of a second from the Italian.
Tomorrow race 1 will start at 9:00 and race 2 at 16:20.
