Under grey skies, Springtime temperatures and dry track, the fastest driver in both qualifying sessions was the American driving for the Prema Power Team

Juan Correa took up from where he left off on May 29 at the last round of the championship at Imola: ahead of everybody else. The American (who is a Rookie), set the fastest time in both qualifying sessions: 1:47.508 in the first; 1:47.234 in the second. He will therefore lead the field off the line in Race 1 (domani) and in Race 2 (Sunday).

As predicted  Wednesday’s official test which took place here at Mugello on July 13, brought great balance and equality to the field: in the first qualifying session the first 20 drivers were separated by only a second and in the second session the first three were separated by only 29 thousandths of a second.

- Behind Correa, for Race 1 will be Raul Guzman  (DR Formula), Mick Schumacher (Prema Power Team), Marcos Siebert (Jenzer Motorsport), Giuliano Raucci  (Diegi Motorsport), Joao Vieira  (Antonelli Motorsport), Simone Cunati (Vincenzo Sospiri Racing) who was also the second Rookie, Diego Bertonelli  (Bhaitech), Juri Vips (Prema Power Team) the third of the Rookies with Kevin Kratz (Jenzer Motorsport) rounding out the top ten.

- Second off the grid in race 2 will be Mick Schumacher.  On the second row will be Giuliano Raucci and Juri Vips followed in order by Raul Guzman,  Diego Bertonelli,  Joao Vieria,  Marcos Siebert,  Sebastian Fernandez (RB Racing) and Job Van Uitert (Jenzer Motorsport).

- The programme for tomorrow sees Race 1 at 13:55. On the official website acisportitalia.it/f4 you can find all the results from qualifying.
