Race 3 at Mugello concluded the fourth round of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth which saw the Argentine driving for Jenzer Motorsport, Marcos Siebert, go on the attack after the Russian, Yan Shlom driving for RB Racing, who led away from pole position. These two remember, occupied the front row by virtue of the top ten grid being reversed from the result of Race 2. Behind these two was Juri Vips and these front three led away from the rest of the pack in this order, without the order changing, but with a fast, consistent race pace.

The battles raged throughout the field: in particular the two Prema Power Team drivers moving up through the field: Mick Schumacher (who did not finish Race 2) who started out of grid 29 finished 11th (with the fastest lap in 1'47"495) and Juan Correa finishing 9th from grid 15.

Just off the podium was the Dutch driver Job Van Uitert of Jenzer Motorsport, followed by the Canadian Devlin De Francesco (kfzteile24 Mucke Motorsport), the Mexican Raul Guzman (DR Racing), the aforementioned Correa and the Italian Diego Bertonelli  (Bhaitech).

In the Rookie Trophy, the first three home were Juri Vips, Sebastian Fernandez and Juan Correa, meanwhile Fabienne Wohlwend won the Women’s Trophy.
