The show kicks off at the Autodromo Piero Taruffi in Vallelunga on the first day of the ACI Racing Weekend. Opening the day are the first free practices of the Italian F.4 Championship, with drivers returning to the track after yesterday's pre-event collective tests. Claiming the first result of the day is Italian driver from Van Amersfoort Racing, Brando Badoer, who completed the best lap in 1’33.923. The incredibly fast Italian ace, at the peak of a season that has seen his performances improve round after round, was the only one to break the 1’34 barrier. Second on the track was Ugo Ugochukwu, the American junior McLaren driver from Prema Racing, with a gap of only 0.091. Ugochukwu is today the fastest among the three drivers contending for the title (Sztuka, Lindblad, and Ugochukwu) this morning. Third place went to Alex Powell, the young Jamaican talent from Prema Racing and Mercedes Junior driver, closing the session with a gap of 0.149. Kacper Sztuka, the Championship leader racing for US Racing, finished fourth after being the fastest on the track already yesterday. He concluded the morning session with a gap of 0.248 compared to Badoer's best lap.

Fifth and sixth place went to two Ferrari Driver Academy drivers from Prema Racing: Finnish driver Tuukka Taponen, with a gap of 0.251, and Australian driver James Wharton, with a gap of 0.264. Seventh best lap was set by Freddie Slater, the British driver from Van Amersfoort Racing, finishing just a thousandth of a second behind Wharton, 0.265 behind Badoer. Eighth was Jenzer Motorsport driver Ariel Elkin, with a gap of 0.267; followed by Matheus Ferreira, the Brazilian Alpine Academy driver from Van Amersfoort Racing at 0.285; then American driver James Egozi from PHM Racing closed the top 10 with a gap of 0.319.

Extremely tight gaps on the Vallelunga track, with several drivers who might reveal surprises during the final round of the 2023 Italian F.4 Championship. Another free practice session today, the last opportunity to finalize the weekend setup before diving into the excitement of the qualifiers.

Free practice 2 will be on the track from 12:20 to 13, then it will be time for the qualifiers, the first crucial step of the weekend. Qualifying 1 will start from 16:10 to 16:25, followed by a second session from 16:35 to 16:50.

Saturday, October 14, the excitement reaches its peak with the first race of the weekend starting at 11, lasting 30' + 1 lap. Also on Saturday, Race 2 starts at 16:45 (30' + 1 lap). Finally, on Sunday, October 15, a winner will be crowned, with the Italian F.4 Championship 2023 being resolved only after Race 3, starting at 11 (30' + 1 lap).

The three races of the weekend will be visible live with English commentary on the Euro 4 Championship's YouTube and Facebook pages and on Motorsport TV (https://eu.motorsport.tv/); airing with Italian commentary on ACI Sport TV (Sky channel 228 and 52 TV Sat), on www.acisport.it, and on the Facebook page @acisporttv.
